2. Service Description

Resume Fail provides resume review and feedback services. We do not provide resume writing or editing services. Our service includes:

• Expert review of your resume
• Video/audio feedback
• Suggestions for improvement
• Portfolio review (if applicable)

All feedback is provided in English, and we only accept English resumes. No transcription is included in the service.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required only after your resume has been accepted for review. Payment must be made in full via PayPal. We offer:

• Full refund within 30 days of service delivery if you are dissatisfied
• Full refund for cancellations prior to service delivery
• No refund for non-payment or declined submissions

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Resume
• Web URL (if applicable)
• Details of the job you are interested in

We will:

• Contact you via email
• Store your data for 30 days from service delivery
• Remove your data within 30 days if service is cancelled or refused
• Upload submissions and responses to our cloud hosting providers
• Use cookies for analytics tracking only

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

• We own the copyright to our feedback content
• Users cannot publish our feedback to third parties without our consent
• Users own all feedback and can implement any suggestions provided
• Users can share a summary of feedback but cannot redistribute video/audio without written consent
• We do not claim ownership of submitted resumes but reserve rights to store and process them for service delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any outcomes resulting from our feedback
• Errors or incorrect advice provided
• Customer decisions regarding advice suitability

If we fail to deliver feedback or if the feedback is deemed unsatisfactory, customers can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

7. Testimonials and Promotions

Regarding testimonials:

• We reserve the right to request testimonials
• We may make grammatical and stylistic corrections to testimonials
• We may use profile pictures, names, and job titles from testimonials
• We reserve the right to not publish or remove testimonials at any time
• We may use testimonials on our website and other media platforms

Promotional pricing is discretionary, and we reserve the right to decline any resume for any reason.

8. Service Availability

Our service is available worldwide, but we:

• Reserve the right to refuse any submission for any reason
• Will consider our ability to add value before requesting payment
• Maintain discretion over all submissions
